Translations with bad formatting strings now disabled

Hi Jeroen and thanks for this feature.

Is there a report with these packages.
Lately the Romanian team was using the Ubuntu language packs[1] to check
them for errors and report them upstream[2].

Now, if Ubuntu language packs are clean I don't know how we can help the
upstream projects.

Just a simple text file pe language would be enough.

I know that we could complete the translations and send them upstream.
But , at least for Romania, the upstream developers are more responsive
to error reports than translations update request.
We will not know that our translation update also fixes some fatal po
errors.
