Karmic UNR packages now open for translation

Hi :)

Do projects like this
http://distrowatch.com/?newsid=05625
http://distrowatch.com/?newsid=05626
Often feed their translations into Ubuntu or do their translators work on Ubuntu first and then add the extras specific to their own distro?

Just curious - i know of one Spanish distro makes a point of carefully giving a lot back into Ubuntu and it's great to have the support of a Spanish government feeding into Ubuntu :)
Regards from
Tom :)
