New strings in system-tools-backends

Hi translators,
I just wanted to let you know about some new strings in the
system-tools-backends package [1].
They are the result of fixing this bug [3] (the infamous authorization
dialog strings).
They are only four new strings and they are not Ubuntu-specific, but
upstream ones from GNOME. I would recommend you to translate them there
[2] and since we are nearing the deadline and it's not completely
certain that they are going to be released for GNOME 2.26.1, I would
also recommend you to translate them in Rosetta as well.
