According to the error, the problem is that there is a <button> tag
being used. There is no such thing in xml, so it spits it out.

A quick search of the relevant template on Launchpad reveals the error here:

The string is used twice in the document so it appears as two errors
in Adi's report. It looks like Riccardo has fixed it already.
