No KDE upstream translations imported to Rosetta?

We were still having some trouble with KDE auto-approvals, which I hope 
is now behind us.  The actual imports were also slow because there were 
still some OpenOffice ones in front of it in the queue, and those things 
are huge.  Hope that's behind us for now as well.

Arne, could you look at that template Timo pointed out?
