A new language pack and limited access to translations

Hi all,

New Intrepid language pack and some translation down-time 7th Nov
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Two important bits of news:

 * Intrepid translation will be disabled on the 7th November from 
   14.00 UTC until roughly 15.30 UTC.
 
 * We're also rolling a new language pack tomorrow so please make
   any urgent fixes before 14.00 UTC on the 7th November.

The Intrepid translation down-time is to let us copy translations
made in Hardy since we opened Intrepid translation.

The new language pack is to fix a number of KDE4 translation
