Ubuntu start page translation

Hi Eyal,

the browser start page translations are part of the Ubuntu Documentation
Project at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu-doc . They are managed
independently from the main Ubuntu translations (if I understood it
correctly mainly because there are currently no good enough html->po
converters around).

Try to contact Matthew East for more information (you'll find his
address on the project's page on Launchpad).
