Kubuntu Docs

Hey there,

I was just looking at the kubuntu-docs translations for Gutsy and noticed 
there is 1[1] old document that isn't there anymore, and that there are a few 
docs that need to be approved in the queue[2].

The index now replaces the sysdocs-index so if someone can throw out the 
sysdocs index and approve the files that are in the queue, we would greatly 
appreciate it. thanks!
