Russian help pages during boot time

Hello!

I have a question on updating help pages which are available during boot 
time after selecting language.
Russian help (file on CD is /isolinux/ru.hlp) has some errors and needs 
to be edited.

Is there a way to make corrections via launchpad or somehow else other 
then directly edit this file.
Moreover I do not know how to import this file in latter case.

Please help so we can make corrections before tribe 6.
