Untranslated/Untranslateable strings in Ubiquity (Qt)

I haven't uploaded ubiquity translations in a while. I'll do that in my
next upload. That's the cause of most of this.

The new partitioner is a bit weak on i18n in some places. I'll do what I
can, but it's had to take second place to making it actually work ...
