All changes in translation don't come up in Feisty

Translation of documentation is quite a complicated process and pulling
in translations as you describe takes quite a lot of time. I went to
some effort to prepare the explanation at the link on the wiki that Timo
posted above so that translators can try it themselves during the
translation process.

Having said that, the translations were imported twice to the Ubuntu
archive during the release process. Given that translations were only
open for a few weeks, that was the best we could do.

In the next release we hope that translations will be open earlier.
