Feisty string freeze: changed gfxboot-theme-ubuntu string

I've made the following string change in gfxboot-theme-ubuntu in order
to fix release-critical bug 95582. It should appear in Rosetta shortly.

 #. Boot menu item; a ^ prefix indicates a unique accelerator key.
