A bug in gtk20

Hello,

I have noticed that there is a string in Ubuntu's gtk20 po file which
has been reported as bug in GNOME and changed in upstream.

This string is "<%s> element has neither a \"name\" nor an \"id\"
element" whereas in upstream it is "<%s> element has neither a \"name\"
nor an \"id\" attribute".

There should be a word attribute instead of a word element.
