Thanks Matt and Ubuntu doc team for the solution.
Now I've updated and it's Ok, apart only a little problem.

These same links appears also in Konqueror welcome page but have remained in 
english, though they link to khelpcenter that you have fixed.
I see the problem derives from the fact that Rosetta has marked the Konqueror 
package as interely translated but when I entered the packet there were 2 
strings with these links untranslated.
I've translated in Rosetta and they are Ok now, can you update Konqueror 
packet for including in Dapper release so it's all OK?
