Firefox & Evolution icons still have english description in uper panel

Hmm seems like it's a bug with gnome-desktop or glib, the translation is
already part of the .desktop file and thus is not related to language
packs.

I'm talking with seb128 to debug this problem and will try to get this
fixed before the final release.
