khelpcenter - problem

Thanks Matt for the infos for resolving the problem.

I would add only that in my modest opinion it would be an error for Ubuntu 
distribution not to be able to fix with the script before Dapper is released.
Because I think many people not confident with Linux that will use Dapper for 
having heard of it will use the CD released and they will update only if 
necessary to have additional packets.
So our effort to make Ubuntu more widespread will be vanished because these 
people will ask themselves the reason for finding in his system localised 
only the help (their first choice for support) with parts apparently not 
translated.
I don't know how many people will try to click on the links to enter the 
guides.

Furthermore, in khelpcenter index only the links to the Kubuntu guides are not 
translated, because people now see below them KDE links translated.
It would seem that Ubuntu wasn't capable to do the same work as KDE and we 
don't want that false idea will appear.
