No Mozilla products

Out of curiosity is't not Openoffice also uses a non po based localisation
system? I do not know what tool Rosetta is using to convert the openoffice
to po but I tought it is the translate tool that used by pootle team. If so
that tool converts mozilla aplications too. Am I missing something??
