Alacarte: need help with a string

Hi guys,

I finished translating the newly added Alacarte package except for the
string below:

Simple fd.o Compliant Menu Editor  Located in:
	../src/Alacarte/GnomeFront.py:454

I was wondering if anyone knows what the fd.o means???
