Mess on libept translation

Hello,
could please somebody responsible explain to me, how it is possible
there was danish translated strings by Erik Kjær Pedersen in the
following package, even if he isn't (and wasn't before) a member of
Ubuntu Cyech translators team???

I hope that was the only issue and there aren't other in some package
whichever language.
