Is there any way to see what Ubuntu has changed from upstream?

Upstream files are constantly changing with new version. To do this
you have to sync with the upstream file which is the same version as
in Ubuntu. IMHO you should search for the upstream version manually
before beginning your translation. (Theorically upstream file is
imported in Rosetta within the package ?)
