You can if you want to help improving the QA of the Spanish
translations, you can join the Spanish team at:

https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/people/ubuntu-l10n-es

If you only want to translate, you don't need to join the team, just go
to:

https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/distros/ubuntu/hoary/+translations

choose whatever you prefer to translate into Spanish and start
translating.
