Translating Docteam documentation

Hello,

we're approaching release and the Docteam documentation looks like it's
still untranslated.

I did send Carlos some potfile for the QuickGuide, but nothing still
happened. I understand Rosetta may still have problems coping with
loong strings into documentation.

We can forget about translating the QuickGuide. However, we can't
forget about translating the About Ubuntu page[1] and the Release
notes[2].

As the Docteam, we have an infrastructure in place to build potfiles out
of the XML documents: Nick Loeve <ubuntu at trickie.org> is taking care of
that.

We think we did all we could. I'd like to hear something from you now.

You don't want to have the "About Ubuntu" and the "Release notes"
untranslated, don't you?

Ciao,

Enrico
