You can get PO/POT files from the GNOME translation project: 
http://l10n-status.gnome.org/gnome-2.12/pt/

If you're on Linux or similar, you can download all POT files in one go 
like this:

wget -nd -A '*.pot' -r -l 1 http://l10n-status.gnome.org/gnome-2.12/PO/

This will download all GNOME desktop and developer-libs POT files to the 
current directory. Then you can use grep to search:

grep -i program *.pot
