Where are the source files?

Hello!

I'd like to translate the Ubuntu-specific strings (into Finnish) in the debian 
installer. 

Where can I find the source files and how do I remaster an installation CD for 
testing? Is there a public CVS somewhere? I have searched the website, wiki 
and Rosetta, but didn't find anything..
