Translations Avaliable but not in debs

Seems that the team that translated firefox will make packages for
debian for version 1. So who should inform so that those packages get
included? 

I also want to include openoffice.org greek speller which is also
without a debian package. Filling a bug regarding missing
translations/packages is generally a good idea?
