I want to Create a Chinese translation team

     Ubuntu! 
I am a Chinese Ubuntu User, and a LinuxFocus(www.linuxfocus.org)
translator too. I am wondering if I can create a Chinese Ubuntu Linux
Translation Team.

In China, There are more and more Ubuntu users now, but there isn't any
Ubuntu translation team.
