Galizan team

Dear Ubuntu translators, 

I'd like to know whether there is a Galizan (or Galician) group of
translators, as this is my mother tongue and would like to know how
much work has been done and whether I can help.

Please let me know who I should contact about this, if there is such a
group, and whether there is a document explaining how to coordinate or
harmonize the work of the different translators in a language team.
