Some times there will be no important entrance (to restaurants, hotels...) the the building side, <a href="http://m.blog.hu/cs/csikike/image/Port%20El-Kantaoui.jpg" target="_blank">there we can set up a stand</a> (mostly there will be workshops, animation, few competitions and even gifts with well sposored ones like ANSI and Cert Tunisie) for ANSI, Cert Tunisie, Ubuntu-TN... there will be also a place for ppl to stop by and connect to internet (something like Internet caffee, but for free and in an open space, we may offer installing ubuntu on computers there ^^) and of sure there will be Wireless Internet access available to us and to the visitors.This is what I knew from the few year I visited International Summer Festival of Internet, Karim and Firas said there will be also conferences (some sort of : “Formation” confirmed by ATIM) that will be held in a Hotel. What I understood from ATIM, presenters will pay for that conferences (they call it : Formation), but also “l'ANSI a fait un sicle de formation payant avec certification” Firas said. Unfortunately we cannot give certifications, but we have Nizarus who have got LPIC certification and who is able to do it, we also have good conferences about Ubuntu, Vitualization, Java...Possibilities are, we may do it for ATIM for free and they sponsor us for that, ppl will pay us for that and then we pay ATIM which is not recommended I think, or some sponsor may pay for the conference and stand and I think LPIC maghreb may support us for that as we can advertise for them and then we make it an open conference. (any other suggestions?) Few more information I collected from Firas is “le festival n'est que pour les nuits entre 18h et 23h Environ” I can confirm it will be during the evening and night but we will have enough daylight plus the port will be crowded enough even during late hours of the night.Another thing he said “puisque j'ai participé au Security Challenge Days ils ont fait recours aux particpants pour aider dans l'animation des stands.” so it is possible for some individuals to help animating some stands, but I guess it will be a little bit harder to get chosen and we may not be free to present Ubuntu and free software.So that's briefly what I discussed with Firas.</blockquote> L'important c'est : Ne vous inquiétez pas si ATIM sera à nous soutenir ou si nous aurons besoin d'un sponsor pour cela, pour l'instant nous avons besoin de vos conseils et suggestions ainsi nous pouvons négocier les détails de l'événement avec ATIM. Que proposez-vous pour l'événement, préférez-vous un stand pour les ateliers, des conférences ou les deux? S'il vous plaît si quelqu'un pense qu'il est prêt à participer essayer de confirmer votre participation et nous donner une idée de ce que nous pouvons faire comme ateliers ou conférences. Nous aurons besoin d'une estimation du nombre de participants et un programme de deux jours comprenant des conférences et des ateliers. Ce thread est pour tout le monde à participer et nous donner des idee et recommender des conferences et ateliers qui conviennet cet event. Nous apprécions aussi de voir des membres confirment leur participation à l'événement. Pour terminer, SVP ne pas retarder la reponse a ce message, des reponses precises et vos recommendations nous permetteron de contacter ATIM et negocier l'event avec eux bientot. Le plus de retard le moins de chance de participer (il reste presque un moins ou un mois et demi a l'event, ca sera bien de mettre les points sur les i avant la fin de ce mois) De ma part, je vais commencer par confirmer à nouveau une place pour accueillir au moins un membre Ubuntu-TN, avec la possibilité d'accueillir plus (peut être jusqu'à 3 ou un maximum de 4 mais je vais devoir en discuter avec la famille avant que je puisse le confirmer), je pense que d'autres membres à Sousse peuvent offrir la mm chose. l'estimation du nombre de participants permettra également de discuter l'hébergement des membres Ubuntu-TN avec les sponsors. Personnellement, je pense que c'est une bonne occasion de présenter Ubuntu au grand public alors un stand est une bonne chose, je ne suis pas sûr du type du publique qui va assister aux conférences mais j'assume qu'ils auront plus de connaissace informatique. Je pense que je vais voter 10/10 pour un stand et 7/10 pour les conférences. ah, je propose aussi une faire une sorte d'annimation pour le stand, musique, competiitons, QCM, et pk pas qq recompenses aux gagnants. je propose un workshop d'installation Ubuntu (10/10) et un autre pour prendre la main sur ubuntu (10/10) puisque l'installation c'est pas tout., un workshop de virtualisation (10/10), une pe de retouche d'image (7/10) ca pe etre bien (gimp) pour les conference je propose une presentation de Ubuntu et des logiciels libres (10/10) pour commencer autres conferences peuvent etre faite apres, mais pr le moment je propose une seule conference la presentation de ubuntu et du libre, je pense que c'est suffisant. Voila J'attend vos reponses. PS : SVP utiliser des caractere gras pour les votes et le sujets que vous sproposer (qq mots et non pas des phrases, mettre en gras le minimum possible) ca va aider a avoir une meilleure vision des sujet proposer par tt les membres et de leurs votes. </div></div></div>
