[ubuntu-tn] LoCo 2017 Re-Verification Application

Hello again!

So, we just got re-approved as an official LoCo Team, that was extremely
hard!

You can read the meeting log[0][1] to see how hard it was, and you can help
us applying the plans we talked about during the meeting.

But we did it.. Many thanks to Naeil aka nzoueidi for being present and
helping defending the LoCo!
