You have a big list of speakers, however, you don't mention any of them in
the event planning! No one will be able to be there for the whole event!!
People work, study and have other things to do! So sharing who'll present
what and when will be a good move so we can plan our visit!!


*2.*I really hate how the event was organized in the background! Why the
hell everything was planned in private discussions!!!
Why CLibre have a public ML!!
If it is only to share ANNOUNCEMENTS of decided things then you'll better
change it to be a NEWSLETTER  not a ML!!
There was no shared organization plan! No actions deadlines, you just asked
for contributions from the community, but there is no public feedback about
that either!!
YES, to have good results a TEAM should be gathered and work in a private &
calm place (ML or IRL), but that team should also share the headlines of
what he's doing, and share deadlines of those headlines!
Only then, asking for community contributions will make sense!
Otherwise, everything will be cooked in a private loop..
That's not how FOSS communities are supposed to manage things!

So sorry to announce this, but, C*[PAS]*Libre what are you doing guys!!
