[ubuntu-tn] Ubuntu-TN volunteers for install parties

Just inform us when Drupal Tunisia will have an event, by having the
information about the date & the place the members can make sure hat they
will be free and can contribute to the install party.

Also it's important for our community so we can create reports about our
contributions.
