[ubuntu-tn] Ubuntu-tn change of loco contact

Hi,
I'd like to announce a change of loco contact in the Ubuntu Tunisia Loco
Team (ubuntu-tn), starting 2013/05/27.

The new loco contact is: Ahmed Sghaier (https://launchpad.net/~neo31)
I'll be still around and active in our loco :)
