 PV Meeting 12.01                        

The meeting took place in Hacker Space in Tunis with the presence of : Manel,Ahmed,Zied,Ali,Anis,Amel,Azza,
Sarhan,Wahid ,Chokri,Omar,Olfa,Karim,Belhassen,Mariam.

First of all, we thank the Hacker Space Team for their excellent receit. All the team had spent happy moments.
Second, the meeting is concluded in these key points that all the team had agreed upon:

1- Making Ubuntu-Tn a community in Lynx;
Likewise, the Ubuntu-tn can take all it’s rights. It will be free as usual

2-The Ubuntu web site:
A/ Initiate the new version of Ubuntu-tn site with the contribution of the Ubuntu team; each one from his/her side ;
a. In the technical side:Chokri will be the supervisor
b. Launchpad login : by Sarhan
c.Details of the site , mail boxing: by Sarhan
d. Translation; by Manel and Ahmed
e.Permission: by Manel and Chokri
f.The coordinator in the team event: by Anis
g. Other alternatives: by Amel
B/ Writing the content:
The team reduc will assure the preparation of the needed topics . Here all the suggestions are welcome: under discussion

3- Perform events in different places in the north, east, west , south of Tunisia
Attending these events will be under conditions;
a. Provide the lodge
b. Transportation
In this subject we confirmed that the next event will be in Gabes.

4- Other activities:
A- Short Terms;
. Ali is concerned in gathering the old  Pcs from schools  
. Organisation of events about Ubuntu in schools, clubs, faculties: Ahmed and Anis are concerned with the help
of any one who is able in that
B- Long Terms:
. The preparation for an Internationa Festival OF THE oPEN sOURCE sOFTWARES FROM 16 TO 18 Mars
. The arrangement of a caravan cocerning open source softwares in all Tunisia, from East to West, North to South ;
this event will take place during the summer time, a whole month
So, here discussion about the things that should be prepared for such tour .

5- Open Discussion:
A discussion was made between the present members  to argonise the work of the ubuntu-tn new version, 
divide the roles, indicate the time

Finally, all the Ubuntu-tn team have been working now and doing their best in the preparation of the points
discussed upon concerning the site of Ubuntu-tn and all the details related to it .
