[ubuntu-tn] Thread final de la nouvelle structure MC

bonjours a tous,
@MaWaLe: pour être franc je suis parti du principe que le nombre de MC
diminuer (2 membres par team)  et que les FF seront seront plus impliqués
c'est ce que j'ai cru comprendre des differentes réunions et discussions
passés concernant ce sujet.

Bref c'est ce que j'ai pensé et si vous voulez qu'on lance un vote
concernant le nombre de membre par equipe autant le faire dès maintenant vu
que cette histoire commence à trainer
