virtualbox : probléme de connexion VRDP avec auth. externe

Salut à tous, J'ai activer le VRDP sur une VM sur le port 8000 avec la 
méthode d'authentification "null" et qui marche bien, mais lorsque je 
change la méthode d'authentification par "externe" je ne peut plus lui 
accédé, et j'ai dans le log :

J'ai chercher partout mais je n'arrive pas trouver une solution sad.
