Il y'a une solution ,  juste suit ce lien :
http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/nautilus_scripts#ouvrir_en_tant_qu_administrateur
ou tout simplement excuter cette commande : sudo apt-get install
nautilus-gksu
Mais faites attention lors de son utilisation, as zied said :)
