Contributions dans ubuntu-arabic

Pour le vote, c'est quoi le principe? la totalité pour valider (je suis
contre ce principe, il appartient liljémi3a al3arabia) ou la plupart (je
suis pour ce principe), et en cas d'égalité comme,t procéder? il faut
définir ces régles maintenant...
