la solution de hanen ne fonctionne pas (ou à 1/2)
car simplement
TT les email sortant de tunisie dolivent obligatoirement passé par le FSI
(publique ou privé) de son abonnement
c'est a dire
si tu es un ab planet tu utilise le serveur smtp de planet (smtp.planet.tn)
si tu es un ab topnet tu utilise le serveur smtp de topnet (smtp.topnet.tn)
etc ...
