[Bug 1964577] [NEW] [[imx8-bms] 76800 support

Public bug reported:


serial diver support 76800 ，but there is no Initializing an interface
from ubuntu compile environment. I check the include file termios.h ,no
definition of 76800 .

would you help check this issue, why serial driver support 76800 ,but
application on interface to get it.
