Some of these are recommends of kde-telepathy-minimal meta package.

However, as the KDE telepathy stack is barely maintained upstream, not
installed by default for Kubuntu any more, not much used, and quite
possibly soon a candidate for removal itself if there is no more
upstream impetuous, I don't feel there is a strong argument for trying
to retain or port these.
