[Bug 1476085] [NEW] empathy "authorization failed" on all accounts (gtalk/fb)

Public bug reported:

Since updating to Wily Werewolf/15.10 Empathy doesn't seem capable of
connecting to either my facebook nor google talk, failing both with
"Disconnected -- Authorization Failed".  I've doublechecked my password
in both cases, and waited a day after initially seeing this and retried,
same result.  Deleted accounts, recreated them...same result.

Pretty sure this worked fine on 15.04.
