[Bug 1253096] Re: Cannot add IRC account with NickServ password

I'm assuming the "password" field is for a password to join the actual
server.  So when you enter a password, it tries to use that password to
join the server and fails (because there is no password required to join
the actual server).  So I believe the bug as reported is not really a
bug.  Apparently, there is no NickServ password field (bug #1042455)
