Forgot about this bug report. ICQ definitely works with

Ubuntu 14.04
account-plugin-icq 3.8.6-0ubuntu9
empathy 3.8.6-0ubuntu9

It also worked with Ubuntu 13.10 at some point but I can't tell since
which version anymore.
