[Bug 1280146] [NEW] Dash bar indicator does not disappear when accepting contact request

Reproduce

* Receive a contact request via Jabber
* Accept contact request
* Numeral "1" indicator remains on dash bar icon even though the notification has been dealt with

Expected behaviour

* Numeric indicator should disappear after accepting or rejecting the
contact request

** Affects: empathy (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
