[Bug 1144204] Re: Empathy asks for account authorisation, but fails

This still affects me on raring. Using the latest empathy:
Architecture: amd64
Version: 3.6.4-0ubuntu4

Various accounts show up at the top of the Empathy contact list with the
message "<account> account requires authorisation". I click on the
planet/key icon, it opens up the account settings but everything is
active (no action needs to be taken), and then the message in Empathy
disappears. I've seen the message appear for Google, Facebook and
Windows Live accounts.
