This ugly contact list that cannot be modified / styled is one of the
major reasons people still switch to Pidgin etc. Why not giving users a
choice of the avatar size (row size)? It's so simple and makes a huge
difference when you have lots of contacts and want your IM client to be
a non-intrusive work tool.
