[Bug 1154254] [NEW] Contact list autoscrolling to top in Empathy

When I try to scroll down through my contacts in Empathy, the list
scrolls itself (slowly) to the top as soon as I stop scrolling down with
the TrackPoint. This happened after I tried to drag-and-drop a contacts
group to re-arrange.
