[Bug 1175582] Re: Empathy not displaying any online contacts

This issue only started recently (in June 2013) for me. Previous to that
it was working properly when it connected or showing a message saying an
online account needs you attention when it wasn't connected. Now it
appears connected but doesn't show any contacts (even with offline
contacts set to visible). Twice I have discovered this issue shortly
after telepathy-gabble crash messages so there may be a correlation
there.
