Dear Maintainer,

Please provide vala bindings for telepathy-logger.

Currently we have gir file.
It is easy to generate vala bindings from the gir file by vapigen.
For example, "vapigen --library=telepathy-logger-0.2 --pkg=telepathy-glib --vapidir=. /usr/share/gir-1.0/TelepathyLogger-0.2.gir" generates the .vapi file.
