[Bug 1098572] [NEW] does not remember account

Public bug reported:

Everytime I start empathy, I need to enter my account details. Whenever
empathy closes and restarts, the information is lost. Currently, every
time I therefore import settings from pidgin, and then continue.

Observed behaviour: empathy forgets  all account information when closed
Expected behaviour: empathy should remember account information
